Assoc. Prof. Mingming Wang, Xi'an Polytechnic University, China
Mingming Wang, now is an Associate Professor in the School of Computer Science at Xi'an Polytechnic University. He received his Ph.D. degree from the School of Computer Science,
Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications in 2013. His current research interests include quantum computation, quantum machine learning, quantum
communication, quantum cryptography, and information security.

Dou Zhao, Doctor, assistant professor of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, master's supervisor, member of the CCF, member of the CACR, academic secretary of the
Communication Network Security Technology Special Committee of the Beijing Institute of Communications. Mainly engaged in research in information security and quantum information,
with over 20 SCI-indexed papers published in high-level journals such as Science China Information Sciences and Journal of Optical Communications and Networking and 7 authorized
patents in the field of information processing. Successfully led 6 scientific research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China and sub-projects of the National Key R&D Program, and participated in multiple other scientific research projects. Received the 2023 Beijing Science and Technology Progress Award and IOP Trusted Reviewer Award.
