Welcome to ICACTE 2025

Computer theory and engineering is an ever-evolving field that has witnessed significant advancements in recent years. With the explosive growth of technology, there has been a tremendous increase in the number of devices that rely on computers, such as smartphones, tablets, and wearable technology. In response to this growth, researchers in computer theory and engineering have been working tirelessly to develop new algorithms, hardware, and software to keep pace with the demands of these devices.

The 18th International Conference on Advanced Computer Theory and Engineering (ICACTE 2025) is scheduled to take place in Nanjing, China during September 26-28, 2025. Since its inception in 2008, ICACTE has been held in various locations across the globe, including Germany, Singapore, South Korea, and China. Each edition attracts participants from all over the world, providing them with an opportunity to collaborate and network.

Co-sponsored by IEEE, Nanjing Xiaozhuang University, China, China Metaverse Technology and Application Innovation Platform, China and Tongling University, China, hosted by School of Information Engineering, School of Artificial Intelligence, Nanjing Xiaozhuang University, China, Jiangsu Provincial Key Laboratory of Culture and Tourism for Research on the Application Technology of Metaverse Cultural Tourism Scenarios, China; assisted by Jiangsu Provincial Engineering Research Center for Metaverse, China, Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology, China and Anhui Jianzhu University, China.

第十八届前沿计算机理论与工程国际会议（ICACTE 2025）将于2025年9月26-28日在中国南京举办。ICACTE 2025由南京晓庄学院、中国元宇宙技术与应用创新平台、铜陵学院联合主办，南京晓庄学院信息工程学院、人工智能学院、元宇宙文旅场景应用技术研究江苏省文化和旅游重点实验室承办，江苏省元宇宙工程研究中心、南京信息工程大学、安徽建筑大学协办，IEEE提供技术支持。

ICACTE 2025 aims to bring together researchers, engineers, and industry experts to share their latest research findings and innovative ideas in the field of computer theory and engineering. The conference will cover a wide range of topics, including computer networks, data mining and analysis, software engineering, artificial intelligence, computer graphics, and many others.

Conference Proceedings

Submitted papers will be peer reviewed by program committees and technical committee, and accepted papers will be published into conference proceedings by IEEE after registration and presentation. The proceedings will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore and indexed by Ei Compendex & Scopus.

本次会议文章将由程序委员会严格审核，通过审核录用的文章在完成注册和报告后将由IEEE出版收录至ICACTE 2025会议论文集，提交进入IEEE Xplore在线数据库，被Ei-Compendex核心，Scopus 检索机构检索。
