ICACTE 2026 makes special session proposals within the technical scope of the conference.
Special sessions are in addition to the regular program of the conference and provide a sample of
state-of-the-art research from academia and industry on special, novel, challenging and emerging topics.
Special-session proposals should be submitted by a prospective organizer who will work to facilitate and handle
the special session review process. Accepted papers will be published into conference proceedings by IEEE after
registration and presentation. The proceedings will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore and indexed by Ei Compendex & Scopus.
