Prof. Yong Zhang, Tianjin University of Commerce, China

Yong Zhang, male, Ph.D., is currently a professor, deputy dean and head of automation in the School of Information Engineering, Tianjin University of Commerce, and a member of the third Tianjin Zhilian Association council. He has been engaged in teaching and scientific research in the field of information and control for a long time, and his main research directions are intelligent detection and information processing, Internet of Things information and control. During his work, he has won the second and third prizes of Tianjin Science and Technology Progress Award, the second prize of Tianjin Teaching Achievement Award and other awards, presided over and participated in more than 10 scientific research projects, wrote and published more than 30 papers, published 2 academic monographs and 1 textbook.



Prof. Shuidong Dai, Hangshen Group, China

Shuidong Dai, male, Ph.D., Master's Supervisor, and President of Hangshen Group, has been engaged in the research, development, and optimization design of smart electrical appliances for over 20 years. He currently serves as a member of the National Low Voltage Electrical Equipment Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC189) and the National Electrical Equipment Network Communication Interface Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC417), as well as the Vice President of the Zhejiang Electric Machine Engineering Society.
Dr. Dai has led several provincial-level industrial new product projects and the development of Zhejiang Province's first sets of projects, with the results being identified as meeting international advanced standards. He has published nearly 20 academic papers (including 4 SCI/EI indexed papers as the first author), and holds 4 authorized invention patents (2 of which he is the first inventor). He has also led or participated in the formulation of 8 national standards (one of which is ranked 1st out of 12).
His research achievements have earned him several awards, including the 2016 China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award (Second Prize, ranked 1/7), the 2016 Zhejiang Province Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award (First Prize, ranked 1/7), and the 2010 Zhejiang Province Science and Technology Award (Third Prize, ranked 1/7). He has been recognized as an Advanced Technology Worker in Hangzhou, a D-level talent in Hangzhou, and has been selected for the Zhejiang Province 151 Talent Project.



Assoc. Prof. Guorui Liu, Tianjin Urban Construction University, China

Guorui Liu, male, Ph.D., is currently an Associate Professor at the School of Computer and Information Engineering, Tianjin Chengjian University, and serves as the Director of the Cybersecurity Office. His primary research interests include data mining, intelligent algorithms, and deep learning. As a principal investigator, he has participated in the completion of one National 02 Science and Technology Major Project, one National Natural Science Foundation project, and one Tianjin Natural Science Foundation project. He has also led five industry-university-research collaborative projects, two provincial-level educational reform projects, one sub-project under the National 863 Program, one first-class course construction project in Tianjin, and two technology outreach projects. Additionally, he has received one university-level teaching achievement award and won third place in the Tianjin Youth Teachers' Teaching Skills Competition. Dr. Liu has published over ten research papers in peer-reviewed domestic and international journals, holds one utility model patent, and has 12 software copyrights.
