Prof. Heng Zhang, Jiangsu Ocean University, China
Zhang Heng is a selected candidate of the Jiangsu Province High-Level Talent Development Program and a recipient of the Jiangsu Provincial Outstanding
Young Scientist Fund. Currently, he serves as Associate Dean, Professor, and Master's Supervisor at the School of Computer Engineering, Jiangsu Ocean University;
Adjunct Doctoral Supervisor at China University of Mining and Technology; and Adjunct Master's Supervisor at Qilu University of Technology (Shandong Academy of Sciences).
His research interests include security and privacy in cyber–physical systems and control and optimization theory. Dr. Zhang is an editorial board member of several
academic journals, including IET Wireless Sensor Systems, EURASIP Journal on Wireless Communications and Networking, and KSII Transactions on Internet and Information
Systems. He is also the Guest Editor of the Journal of The Franklin Institute and Peer-to-Peer Networking and Applications.
Assoc. Prof. Mengyuan Zhang, Beihang University, China
Mengyuan Zhang is currently an Associate Professor with the School of Cyber Science and Technology at Beihang University, Beijing, China.
He received the Ph.D. degree in Control Science and Engineering from Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China, in 2020. And he received the M.S.
degree from University of New South Wales, Sydney, NSW, Australia, in 2012. From 2012 to 2016, he was a Research Assistant with Arizona State University,
Tempe, AZ, USA. From 2020 to 2023, he worked as a Senior Algorithm Engineer at DAMO Academy of Alibaba Group, Hangzhou, China. He received the Best Paper Award at
IEEE ICCC 2024 and served as the Symposium Co-Chair for the IEEE WCSP 2024. His current research interests include AI empowered protocol design and privacy protection
in Space-Air-Ground-Integrated Networks and 6G Networks.
Assoc. Prof. Chuanwen Luo, Beijing Forestry University, China
Luo Chuanwen is an associate professor at the School of Information Science and Technology, Beijing Forestry University.
His research interests include wireless sensor networks, edge intelligence, and unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) communication networks.
He has published over 40 academic papers in renowned international journals, such as TC, ToN, IoTJ, TST, BDMA, TCS, Ad Hoc Networks,, as well as
in prestigious international conferences like WASA and MSN. He received the Best Paper Award at IEEE SpaCCS 2023, the Outstanding Paper Award at IEEE GreenCom 2023,
the Outstanding Service Award at IEEE GreenCom 2023, and the Outstanding Contribution Award at ACM China 2024. He serves as a reviewer for several international
journals including ToN, TNSE, and TC. Additionally, he has been a member of the program committee for various international conferences, including MSN 2023, ICPAD 2023,
and WASA 2021.
