Prof. Dr. Gabriel Xiao-Guang Yue is the Co-Founder of the International Engineering and Technology Institute (The IETI encompasses more than 80 laureates of the world's top awards such as the Nobel Prize, Turing Award, Fields Medal, Wolf Prize, Eni Award, Tyler Prize for Environmental Achievement,
John Bates Clark Medal, Crafoord Prize, Breakthrough Prize in Science, Lasker Medical Research Award, Pritzker Architecture Prize, and Global Energy Prize, with
professional coverage spanning various fields including natural, engineering, technology and social sciences). He has been recognized as one of the World's Top 2% Most-Cited
Scientists by Stanford and Elsevier since 2022. He serves as an International Advisor for CTI (Frankfurt, Germany; Vienna, Austria; New York, USA; Bengaluru, India; Hong Kong,
China), and as the Executive Secretary-General of the South-South Biodiversity Science Project of CBCGDF and an Advisor for the Doctoral Think Tank Working Committee of CIAPST.
He is a Fellow of the Pakistan Academy of Engineering, and a Member of UNESCO Inclusive Policy Lab.
Assoc. Prof. Mingmin Zhang, Zhejiang University, China
Zhang Mingmin is an associate professor of Computer and Engineering Department, Zhejiang University. She got the Bachelor degree from Computer Science Dept, Nanjing University in 1990,
the Master degree and the PhD from Computer Science and Engineering Department, Zhejiang University in 1995 and 2008 respectively.
Since 1993, she has been working on several research and industrial projects related to computer graphics, virtual reality, multimedia, and HCI. She has published more than 40
papers on international journals, national journals, and conferences in recent years. Moreover, she won the second class prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award
in 2013 and the second class prize of Natural Science Award of Zhejiang Province in 2015. She also has visited several universities or research institute, performing cooperative projects with some experts and researchers.
Dr. Mingliang Cao, TongLing University, China
Dr. Mingliang Cao is a full-time faculty member at the School of Mathematics and Computer Science, Tongling University, and serves as the Executive Dean of the Big Data Industry College. With an 8-year experience in Hong Kong for study and work,
he obtained his Ph.D. from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in May 2015. From September 2016 to December 2020, he worked at Foshan University, followed by a
tenure at Guangdong Industry & Trade Polytechnic from September 2021 to September 2024. At Foshan University, he served as the Executive Deputy Dean of the Guangdong
Virtual Reality Industry Research Institute (September 2016 – December 2020), Distinguished Young Researcher, and Master’s Supervisor. In 2016, he was recognized as a
Leading Industrial Talent in Guangzhou (First Core Member of the Innovation Leading Team). His research focuses on Virtual Reality (VR), Human-Computer Interaction (HCI),
Digital Activation, and Metaverse Education. As the first/corresponding author, he has published 24 papers in three major retrieval databases, co-authored 12 additional papers,
and holds 9 invention patents. He directly participated in 8 research and industrial projects (Hong Kong) and led/participated in 12 national, provincial, and municipal research
projects (Mainland China), as well as 2 talent programs (Mainland China).
